Gary brings a deep residential foundation and a growing commercial practice to PCK, with a particular eye for historic, architecturally significant, and outlier properties across Miami’s urban neighborhoods — from El Portal and Miami Shores to Coconut Grove, Little Haiti, and South Beach.
His experience spans investment sales, 1031 exchanges, bulk and distressed condo sales, vacant land, and commercial transactions. A former landlord, retail business owner, and event producer, he reads a deal from the owner’s side of the table as easily as the broker’s.
Gary earned a B.A. in Behavioral Psychology from Vassar College and is a candidate for the CCIM designation. He stays close to Miami’s civic and art communities, serving on the University of Miami’s Institutional Review Board and the City of Miami’s Art in Public Places Board.
