Andres Perez-Cervera is a Principal and Co-Founder of PCK Commercial Group, a Coconut Grove-based advisory firm operating under Compass Florida LLC. PCK focuses exclusively on investment sales, land brokerage, and development advisory across Miami-Dade and Broward.
