Joshua Kaufman

A Miami native and lifelong resident, Joshua co-leads PCK with a focus on investment sales, land, and development across South Florida’s urban core. He works with developers, investors, and owners to find opportunities, position assets, and execute with clarity and intent.

He grew up in a family construction and real estate business, first as a field carpenter and later as a project manager. That foundation makes him a specialist at sourcing land for builders and developers, and it lets him speak their language, from entitlement and density to what a site can really carry.

Joshua is research-driven at his core, pairing market data with a clear read on what each client is trying to accomplish. He earned a dual degree in real estate and finance with a minor in construction management from Florida International University, and is completing his CCIM designation. He also co-hosts the podcast “So, You Want To Be a Developer?”

Outside the business, Joshua is a competitive bowler and active in the building community.
